Our approach
At IFA Systems our aim is to offer a service which is:
- personal
- flexible
- responsive
- affordable
- technically progressive
- compliant
Personal: We like to get to know our clients, and try to ensure
that we build the website they want. We always build each website
ourselves
rather
than leave the client to sort it out, but will train our clients
over the phone how to manage it themselves. Our designers will ensure
the site is branded with the client's logo and colours as accurately
as possible, advising on custom work as applicable.
We try to keep our prices as affordable as possible, which means
that they do not normally stretch to include a visit to Advisers
enquiring about our services without having to make an additional
charge, although we can sometimes arrange to visit several Advisers
in one area on the same day. However we are always delighted to welcome
visitors to our offices, where you can meet the team and be taken
through the range of services we offer.
Flexible: No two Advisers want exactly the same outcome so our sites,
although templated, are flexible enough to allow a fair degree of
customisation
to suit their wishes.
Responsive: We do a lot of programming ourselves,
and ideas for new developments very often come from suggestions from
our clients,
or
a "wish-list"
they make known to us. This means we produce features and services
which the Adviser wants, rather than what we think they want. And
we are always happy to talk about how we can improve our services.
Affordable: Having come from a small start we understand
the financial restrictions that firms can experience from time to
time,
so aim
to make our web-based
solutions as affordable as possible. This does not mean cheap, as
we still aim for high quality with even the simplest site!
Technically progressive: The Internet is a medium
that does not stay still, and that, along with the constant regulatory
and other
changes
in
the
financial
services
industry, means that we need to keep ahead of matters on our clients'
behalf. Where we can we include for technical improvements at no
cost to our clients (eg the recent upgrade from a bi-monthly
newsletter
to a daily newsfeed), but some new services can cost
quite a bit to develop and therefore will incur a charge.
Compliant: while we do not take final responsibility
for the compliance of your website, we do our best to ensure that
each page is as compliant
as we can make it from our understanding of each Adviser's business.
We have worked with all the major Networks, each of which has differing
views,
to
ensure
that
each
of our packages
gives
an
acceptable solution. After each Budget we get agreement from the
Networks before updating the generic information and calculators
within our sites, meaning the Adviser does not have to concern himself
with such matters.
