On-line Mortgage Research
Some clients prefer to look around the mortgage market at what's
on offer. Some are happy to choose
and apply on-line, while others prefer to see you for advice.
Either way you can provide what they are looking for by
adding the MortgageLinked module to your website. It enables clients
to research the entire mortgage market from a database which is
updated daily, and includes:
- quick calculators
- top 10 mortgages
- quick search
- mortgage tables
- list of lenders
- glossary
Your clients would research details of their chosen mortgage,
and then apply online, with the app being sent to you, not the
provider, to check and process.
As part of this module you also get MortgageLinked Desktop
for your own research in the office on behalf of your clients.
The system is provided
by Network Data, and will be coloured to match your site, with
the pages opening up from your site.
We set up an intro page from a suitable point within your site,
describing what you offer, and linking to the MortgageLinked
system. Our charge for setting up this page and link starts at £225
+ VAT, which includes the setup fee to Network Data. You will also
be able to access and use the system yourself through your website's
on-line
Admin
Centre. There is then a monthly fee of £80 + VAT, which covers both the desktop and the web-based versions, to enable you to receive on-line applications from your website visitors.
