Broadcast Facility

Inform your clients that a new document is available for viewing:

You can notify your clients by email by using the "Broadcast" function. Alongside each document you will see a "broadcast" link, when pressed you will see a page which gives a list of client groupings. Simply select which group to send to by ticking the box and click on the "Send Mailshot Now" button. Your clients will receive an email detailing the document information and a link to your website client login page.
