We have developed this unique module to enable you to offer an enhanced service to your clients through your website. The system uses our highly secure web server, thus ensuring the safety of your clients' personal data.
This module enables you to communicate securely and efficiently with your clients, whether by secure messaging, by collating client information for initial or review meetings, or by providing general and personal documents for the client to view. Any changes the client makes to the factfind are tracked in an audit trail, for compliance purposes.
The module is included as standard with our Infosite and Financial Planner packages, but is available as an Add-on to enhance any third party website.

What's included in the Client Information Centre:
The module is available with 2 levels as standard - Registration and Client levels - but a further 2 levels are available so you can segment your clients. Each level can display differing content, and we can customise the welcome text for each one. You are in control of which client can access which level.
1 Registration Level
- Secure access for both client and Adviser through our 128-bit encrypted platform
- Welcome page
- Allocation of a unique username and password, which the Adviser can change/reset
- Ability for client to request a change to login details if required
- Personalised greeting for each client (single or joint as appropriate)
- Access to add/ view/ amend personal data such as:

- Ability to run a bulk upload of data from certain back office systems to automatically register clients in the website database
- Range of pre-populated enquiry forms
- Secure online storage of data, which is backed up nightly

- Links to Letter of Authority and Money Laundering details
- Access to Client Agreement/ Terms of Business
- Free callback form
- Header coloured to match your main site, whether one of our sites or from another designer

2 Client Level
All the above plus:
- Access to add/ view/amend personal data including:
- Assets and Liabilities

- Inheritance and Wills
- Access to quick bulletins

- Reminder of current review date
- Access to the allocated adviser's details through the staff list
- The adviser controls which level a client is allocated to
- Infosite packages will also include links to items from their MyNews module
- Financial Planner packages will also include links to Factsheets.

We can offer 2 more levels if required, to suit your client segmentation setup.
3 Client level with Portfolio reporting
We advise that if you also subscribe to our Portfolio Adviser module, you use Level 3 for clients to whom you offer this service, as not all your clients will want this level of access.
4 Client level custom
If you want to offer a further special service to certain clients you can add the links at this level.

Cost
This module can be added to any third party website. It is included as standard within our Infosite and Financial Planner packages, and can easily be added at a reduced cost to our Introsite package.
Setup from £395 + VAT for Registration and Client levels combined, and £30 + VAT pm ongoing.
Each additional Client level costs £75 + VAT to set up and a further £10 + VAT pm ongoing.
