functionality to your site which you can easily manage yourself
through our Website
Manager. All sit within your site and are coloured to match.
Our website packages include a number of these Add-ons: features
marked * are included with in all Infosites,
but for clarity see our comparison of
packages.
Please note that the setup
charges start at the minimum quoted, but a combination of Add-ons
may lead to a reduced monthly charge - ask us for a specific
price for your particular choice.

We offer a range of 21 different calculators on mortgages, investments,
taxation, pensions and life cover. All come with relevant warnings
and regulatory statements. Try them out through the link below.
Setup from £225 + VAT plus £20 + VAT per month. Or
we can supply just the mortgage calculators for a setup cost of
£100 + VAT plus £10 + VAT per month.


Our unique system which allows enquirers to register their details
through your site to gain secure access to a Client Welcome area.
The enquirer's details are stored for access by you or the enquirer.
All our sites include the Registration level, but there are 3 others
which
can
be added
eg

to offer

a Bronze,

200 registered client records


You can easily make available your own documents, brochures, factsheets,
factfinds etc for clients to download and read and/or
complete through our Document Manager programme.
Setup from £75 + VAT for the first page, then £50
+ VAT for each additional page: monthly cost depends on level of
usage, but first 10MB is free.


The Registration Level of our Client Login system above includes screens
for the enquirer's basic details, but you can extend this with
our comprehensive on-line factfind. Not intended to replace your
own factfind, it aids the collection of data for the initial meeting,
and updating it for subsequent review meetings. Click below to

To save you having to write content to keep your site up-to-date,
we can supply two in-depth factsheets per month for you to add
to your site, written by an industry specialist. And as for the

We can provide a number of solutions for registering and hosting
domains names, e-mail solutions and webspace to house your final
website.
Setup £150 + VAT, annual fee from £70 + VAT


You can keep clients and enquirers up-to-date by adding your
own news items to your site. Once added, you can then broadcast
an e-mail to all registered clients telling them about the latest
new item with a link to your site, to enhance your service to
them at little cost and effort to you.
Setup from £75 + VAT, plus £10 + VAT per month


You can provide a simple report to a client on the portfolio you
manage for them just by uploading their details from your
back office system ** to the Client Login area of your site, for
the client
to log in and view securely. Can be updated daily, monthly,
annually, or as frequently as you wish.
You can then choose to add our on-line Fund Factsheets to the Portfolio reports for your client, full of details the client can drill down into.
** Currently links data from 1st's Adviser Office, Plum and
Prestwood: links to other packages are planned.
Setup of basic Portfolio Adviser from £495 + VAT, plus £95 + VAT per month for
up to 200 registered clients, sliding scale thereafter (for existing
clients the charges are £295
+ VAT to set up and £75 + VAT per month per 200 registered clients).
Minimum contract 6 months. The addition of the Fund Factsheets costs an extra £90 + VAT to set up and £90 + VAT pm ongoing, regardless of number of clients. Subscription to Finex price feeds an additional £50 + VAT if required.


This emhances our Portfolio Adviser module, enabling you to provide online portfolio valuations whether you have a back office system or not.
Setup costs depends on existing features used, but from £225 + VAT, plus £25 + VAT per month (introductory offer until end June 2007) for
up to 200 registered clients, sliding scale thereafter.
Minimum contract 6 months.


With this feature you can add links to external sites as
you wish, although we give you a selection of useful sites to kick-start
the page. Click on the button for more details.
Setup from £75 + VAT for the first page, covering a wide
range of topics. If you want extra pages for a specific topic/series
of links, extra pages can be set up for £50
+ VAT each.


All our templated sites now include a customisable RSS news feed on various financial
topics, updated continuously. Keep your clients
well-informed at no effort on your part!

New clients often like to know who they will be dealing with
before they contact you. Our Staff List provides an easy way for
you to inform them
about your staff, showing their
contact
details,
CV,
qualifications
and photo

you
wish.

Allow visitors to add testimonials to your website and you decide
which ones to add or delete, thereby giving you control over what
is actually displayed on your website.
