The majority of our clients have internet access, and they wanted something from us that was really simple to view online and would reproduce what we had up until now been providing manually for them.

We now have the Client Information Centre and Portfolio Adviser within our onw website.  For us it saves a lot of time, and for our clients we can provide an added-value service that the vast majority of other IFAs don’t offer.

Our clients can log in on our website, talk to us online, view their portfolios and look at further information like asset allocation and risk profiling.

We have added the Portfolio Adviser system to our site and would regard this as the most valuable feature of our site.  It enables clients to view their plans and policies by linking portfolio summary information from our back office system with our website. 

This facility is proving to be very useful to clients; although the majority of our clients are in the 60+ 'grey market', many of these clients regard it as a nice hobby to see how their investments are doing.
