Staff Intranet
Do you have staff who work from home or other locations who have
trouble keeping up to date with your current reports, newsletters,
manuals and standard documents?

through your own website, giving each member of staff a unique
login, through which they can access pages created just for your
staff. All documents and data are stored on our own secure server
so there is no danger of unauthorised access. They are also virus-checked
on upload.

username and password are supplied. Each main section can be customised
to give just the pages that pertain to your firm. Each Intranet is badged with your logo and the pages custom coloured to match.

The Staff Intranet costs just £575 + VAT to set up (£375 + VAT if you already
have a website with us), then £50 + VAT pm ongoing (£30 + VAT if you already
have a website with us), for the first 10MB of data stored on our
own server (more space is available to rent if required). Minimum
contract period 1 month.
